Im Pretty Sure I Will Be Going With The Color Blue For My Summer Hair Color.
But One Thing Remains! *gasp*
What Specific Shade Of Blue Should I Use. (What Shade Of Blue Would You Dye Your Hair?)

hmm. good choice. mine is blue too. lol. =D
mine is neon blue, but i think you would look good in just a basic blue. it would look strange with dark blue, on you i think. maybe do the top layer of your bangs and some on the side, i wouldn't do the whole thing.
just keep in mind that blue fades really fast and you may need to bleach it (you probably do) and re-dye it regularly.
